What Payments Are Accepted?
We accept Stripe, Paypal.
Unless otherwise stated all of our products are brand new and shipped in the original unopened package.
Shipping charges are usually stated with each product listed. We will ship outside the US mainland but additional fees will be charged. Please contact us at email@example.com for fees outside the US mainland.
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and we must be notified within 3 days of receiving order of any problems. A RMA number must be issued for returns. All warranties are with the manufacturer not boutiqueboutique.ecrater. If you receive a defective item you must contact the manufacturer. Items can not be returned once it is open and used. Defective items which do not have a manufacturer warranty are returnable if we are notified within 3 days after receiving. All non-warranted merchandise must be in new condition, packed in the original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. All returned products will be inspected before any refund is issued. If product is evaluated as working after inspection, no refund will be issued. If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued. Shipping fees are not refundable, if your item had free shipping the actual shipping amount paid by boutiqueboutique will be deducted. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If we receive a return package without an RMA no refund will be issued and the buyer must pay to have it reshipped back to their address. All RMA returns must be shipped within 3 business days of approval. Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and allow us the opportunity to resolve any concerns or problems.
